DODITAL PHOTOS

Dodital is a perfect camping ground. Fully equipped with accommodation facilities; Budget, economy as well as Luxury. In the form of Budget one can stay at the dhabas; Economy, would be if you carry your own tents(at least you prevent yourself from the smoke of burning wood) and Luxury are the forest rest house. Dhaba charges about 100/-per head per per night; food alag se and rest house about 750/- for a room!!! Ahh yes..when nature calls, one needs to find a perfect spot, behind a bush, when staying in Dhaba or your tent. You save yourself that agony when you stay at the Rest house!! But then common guys, when your out in the nature, who wants the comfort of the Mortals!!! Aheemm!!! Ladies please excuse me; rest house suits you the best!!

Oh!!! one another thing. Thers a temple and an Ashram at Dodital; one can stay there too. BTW one needs to pay about 10/- per head as forest department charge, when at Dodital. You get a receipt too. Apart from that there's no other charges.
The lake is full of trout fishes, but one cant go fishing!! We tried to pursue the dhaba guys the get some for us, but the plainly refused. We couldn't eat trouts, but certainly we had something, that made us equally happy.

Oh by the way, if you want to have really good, fresh and yummy Himalayan Trouts, make a trip to Manali. On the Mall road itself there's this superb restaurant called "The Chopsticks!" They make some fabulous fried Trouts, with some awesome thick gravy. Okay now back to Dodital.

Kept going all around taking pictures from different angle, the most famous being, trying to get the reflection of Dharwa Top in the lake' if not at least the reflection of ranges around.

Back in the story, dint i tell you about the Silhouette's... here they are

The morning we were suppose to return the sky was clearly very clear!!! Got some decent reflections of Dharwatop in the lake, as well as the Dharwa Top Pictures... Soon though it was time to return back to Uttarkashi. Hey but wait though; you still gotta see the pictures to Dharwa Top and return!!
